01 Protect the lid & flip piece
The tumbler lid is made of high grade material, which enhances transparency and safety. This material is characterized by high safety and clarity. Please note that you should avoid dropping the Tumbler from a height or subjecting it to heavy impact, When not drinking for a long time, please keep the flip piece closed-it can maintain the hygiene of the Tumbler mouth and minimize damage to the Tumbler in case of accidental drop. The package includes two free replacement flip pieces. If it's damaged, you can replace it yourself. See the video for operation details.
02 Keep the straw slot dry
During the water resistance test, if there are water droplets in the straw slot or water remaining in the straw (when you close the flip piece quickly after drinking, the water in the straw has not had time to flow back into the Tumbler), a few drops of water may still remain outside (in the straw slot or the straw).
Correct usage method: After drinking, keep the straw upright and stationary for a few seconds to allow the water in the straw to flow back into the Tumbler, and keep the straw slot clean at the same time.
03 Do not lose the silicone piece
There is a small vent hole in the straw slot, with a small silicone piece inside. Please be careful not to lose this silicone piece, as losing it will cause water leakage when the Tumbler is inverted. The package includes two free replacement sets. If it's damaged or lost, you can replace it yourself.
